Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24 and tracking information will be provided once dispatched.

 

Orders placed by 6pm will be dispatched the next working day from our warehouse.  Orders placed after 6pm will be dispatched on the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Your order should be with you on the next working day from dispatch. If you haven't received your order within 5 working days, then please contact us at  twinkle@fluffyandlilly.com and we will address your query.


Currently we only ship to the UK

 

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

  1. Please include your name and order number with your return.
  2. Item must be in it’s original packaging and in perfect condition - we cannot accept and refund items that shown signs of scratches, blemishes, resizing or alterations, and signs of wear or tear.
  3. Please note that we cannot accept the return of and refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  4. Postage costs are not refundable.
